How Do I Know CrossFit Is For Me?

The CrossFit stimulus—constantly varied high-intensity functional movement coupled with meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar—prepares you for the demands of a healthy, functional, independent life and provides a hedge against chronic disease and incapacity. This stimulus is elegant in the mathematical sense of being marked by simplicity and efficacy. The proven elements of this broad, general, and inclusive fitness, in terms of both movement and nutrition, are what we term our CrossFit Essentials.

CrossFit Is For You!

We welcome people from all walks of life into our gym who asked the same question of "Is CrossFit For Me?". We have beginners who are new to fitness right through to advanced members with years of experience and everything in between. Our members have a range of goals that they use CrossFit to work towards. Some people want to lose weight, others run half marathons and some simply to have more energy to play with their kids! 

The beautiful thing is that there is no age limit to starting either - which is often another question we receive. It's never too late to begin and start improving your fitness. We understand that with busy lives and jobs it is hard to prioritise the time for fitness, but we assure you that by making the time you will inevitably become better at (insert area of your life you want to make sure you have the energy for!). So CrossFit is for you!
