Good morning sports fans,
On Wednesday evening at 6:30pm we hosted our first class at the Boat Shed.
This week we are running only a few classes before we launch the full timetable from next week (Mon 31st).
The premise behind this type of conditioning is to use a form of high intensity interval training to deliver the desired response from the body through exercise. We use short sharp bursts of work followed by similar rest intervals to go about getting the work done!
Well done to all those who attended and became the first group of people to experience one of these classes.
All Met Con classes will be constantly varied using forms of weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity cardio as we look to pursue our goals of reaching ultimate levels of fitness!
