Working out before breakfast burns 300 times more fat doesn’t it?
The other day I was thinking back to when I first started out in the “fitness game” and some of the myths that I was taught and used to pass on to clients. Now that I’m older, a little wiser and a lot balder these myths still seem to be out there and I still hear them being passed on by trainers. So I though I’d help you make a little bit of sense behind them. This week we’re going to look at doing steady state cardio(ssc) first thing in the morning before breakfast.
