Open gym members can now access the gym at anytime > please note that classes will always take priority. Last entry permitted 1hr before closing.

Opening hours are;
Mon to Thurs >> 6.30am to 1pm and 3pm to 9pm
Fri >> 6.30am to 1pm and 3pm to 8pm
Sat & Sun >> 9am to 1pm

All new members are required to attend the fundamentals course
