How to get started at The Boat Shed

Step 1 - Free Consultation

We ask everyone interested in joining The Boat Shed to have a 15-20 minute consultation with one of our coaches so that we can find out a little bit more about your training history, goals and aspirations for joining, current nutrition habits as well as being able to explain how it works here in terms of programming, membership packages etc. This means we can ensure The Boat Shed is the right facility for you in terms of your health and fitness goals.

Step 2 - Intro Course

The Intro Course consists of 2 x 60-90 minute practical sessions with one of our coaches on a 1:1 basis. These are arranged at mutually convenient times.

During the course we cover all the fundamental movements we use for training here and it also allows us to assess which programming level would best suit your current level of fitness and the goals you are going to be working towards. Alongside the Intro Course we ask for an initial 4 week commitment to the programme so you can start seeing results.

The investment for the Intro Course and 4 week membership depends on how many times a week you would like to train, please see table below of investment costs:
