Kettlebells

Kettlebell workouts are a very effective way to increase gains in general fitness, all over toning and weight loss.

These unusual looking weights have been around for many years and have recently had a surge in popularity. The weights range from 6kg to over 50kg and they provide an excellent way to exercise with resistance and cardio in one go. They do take a little getting used to but they are well worth the effort. All our instructors are qualified up to international competition level and have helped many people learn the art of ‘The Giveroy sport’
