The Boat Shed Training Centre – “Fitter, Faster, Stronger”

Kettlebell classes are a very effective way to increase gains in general fitness, all over toning and weight loss. These unusual looking weights have been around for many years and have recently had a surge in popularity. We have classes dedicated to using these to improve your fitness and master/improve your technique using the bells.

CrossFit classes combine weightlifting, gymnastics and monstructural elements (rowing/running/cycling/swimming etc) in as many different ways possible to become essentially a weightlifting gymnast with the lungs of a runner.

Olympic Weightlifting classes focus specifically on improving your ability in the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk

Circuit classes are our very own version of old fashioned circuit class but with our own twist. We throw all sorts of exercises into the mix including kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, running, rowing, skipping, sandbag work and structure it in traditional interval style based workouts…….
