Our Classes

We are incredibly proud of the quality service we can deliver to our members, this is far superior to that which you may receive in a generic gym setting. At The Boat Shed our work out of the day programming is not generic or ‘one size fits all’ – this simply won’t work for everyone, individuals have different needs in terms of developing fitness.

We split our programming into 3 levels/groups, this enables the programming to be far more specific and effective to each groups needs. During your Intro Course we will assess which group would be the best fit for you and the programme will be a great fit for your goals. Our coaches are always on hand to give individual advice as needed too, we are here to help!

When you join The Boat Shed you are joining a community and will have the opportunity to learn from highly skilled coaches in the field of strength and conditioning. We offer a large variety of classes depending on your interests e.g. CrossFit, mobility, Olympic lifting, Kettlebells and Strongman. This range means we can deliver fantastic results to our members, whatever your goal.

Weekdays - 6:30am till 7:30am
Also at various times throughout afternoon

Mondays - 7:00pm till 8:00pm

Wednesdays - 6:00pm till 7:00pm

Saturdays - 9:00am till 10:00am

Kettlebells
Thursdays - 6:00pm till 7:00pm
