These 3 x 1 hour fully coached sessions plus 1 taster class upon completing your fundamentals will teach you a series of essential movements to enable you to join any of our group classes.     Welcome to The Boat Shed

    Here at the Boat Shed first and foremost we want you to be safe when you exercise so it’s our belief that regardless of your experience in fitness and exercise we want to see your movement patterns, assess your fitness and maybe show you stuff you didn’t know you could do. So we ask everybody who takes part in exercise here at The Boat Shed to attend our introduction classes so we can be sure that we are helping you become ‘fitter faster stronger’ in the safest way.

    Our Philosophy

    We believe that training and exercising with a group of like minded people is the best way to get ‘Fitter Faster stronger’. Sometimes the drudgery of going to the gym to spend 20 minutes on the treadmill, cross trainer, static bike etc and then throw some weights about with no real idea of what you are doing….waiting for your favourite spot in the gym, what’s on the telly, who can I talk to, who am I avoiding, etc etc. stops us achieving the very best for ourselves. Our classes are 45- 60 minutes long and we don’t waste your time. Train with us and find out what we are talking about.
